PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method simplifying the input work of information required for an real estate registration to largely improve the working efficiency of the real estate registration and shorten a working time and largely reducing erroneous inputting to significantly improve the reliability of real estate registered information.SOLUTION : When a position/item name corresponding table 7 and an input candidate dictionary 8 are stored in a personal compute body 9 of each terminal unit 2, a cursor 12 on a real estate registration screen 11 is moved and is superposed on any of each input field 13, an input candidate list 14 corresponding to the input field 13 is displayed referring to the table 7 and the dictionary 8, and real estate registration information is registered in a database on the side of a host computer unit 4 in accordance with the selected contents of each input candidate as denoted in the list 14.
