PURPOSE : A system and method for managing a real estate indirect investment is provided to distribute earnings of a specific business place in proportion to an investment by on-line by supplying corresponding real estate commodity information and renting the investment of a general investor to the specific business place again.CONSTITUTION : A business place managing computer(200) connects to a rent managing server(400) which supplies various services such as a rent real estate registration, a rent management, etc. through a communication network server(100). The business place managing computer(200) outputs a signal related to a rent real estate registration being inputted by an educational institute businessman and a signal related to various costs for managing an educational institute having rental real estate and earnings thereof to the rent managing server(400). A plurality of investor computers(300) are connected to the rent managing server(400) through the communication network server(100), receives a plurality of rent real estate lists from the rent managing server(400), and displays the lists. The investor computers(300) transmit specific real estate selection data being inputted by an investor, investment data of the selected real estate, and an account number for transferring money corresponded to the investment to the rent managing server(400). The investor computer(300) receives earning details distributed in the rent managing server(400) in accordance with an investment of a specific real estate and displays the earning details on a screen.?
