Accordingly, since a transaction can be directly performed by an advertisement method directly inputtable by the individual and corporate without asking to the registered real estate transaction agency or real estate agency as in the past, and a contract business or transaction mediation can be asked to the registered real estate transaction agency or real estate agency even before and after the advertisement of the real estate object, a lower cost can be realized.
