PURPOSE : A real estate payment method and system is provided to secure a reliability in electronically transacting real estate as well as to reduce a financial risk for a real estate buyer.CONSTITUTION : The method comprises several steps. A buyer and a seller agree to opening a conditional bank account with a money withdrawal condition, and the withdrawal condition is recorded at a bank system. The buyer deposits contract money into the conditional bank account. The seller requests the corresponding bank to withdraw the contract money from the conditional bank account(31), and the bank system requests a server of the registry office to submit real estate registration data(32). The server of the registry office submits the requested real estate registration data to the bank system(33). The bank system compares the submitted real estate registration data with the condition agreed to by both the buyer and the seller(34). According as the money withdrawal condition is satisfied, the bank system allows the seller to withdraw the money from the conditional bank account or rejects the money withdrawal request(35, 36, 37).?
