PURPOSE : A method for subdividing a real estate using the Internet is provided to receive an application by on-line, execute a computation lottery for designating a house number to a subscriber who paid a contract deposit, and concluding a real estate contract by on-line.CONSTITUTION : A subdividing server receives a subscription application for a condominium from a subscriber through a subscriber terminal. A designation bank server interlocked with the subdividing server receives subscription application data and designates a virtual deposit account to the subscriber and transmits the account to the subdividing server. The subdividing server transmits received virtual deposit account information to the subscriber terminal(S100). When the subscriber deposits a contract deposit to the account, the designation bank server transmits the deposit details to the subdividing server, the subdividing server decides the subscriber as a lottery person and prepares and stores a list(S200). The subdividing server executes a computation lottery for designating a house number to the subscriber included in the list and transmits a computation lottery result and the next schedule to the subscriber terminal(S300).
