PURPOSE : A system for supplying a real estate intermediating service is provided to connect a client to a suitable store by selecting the suitable store out of real estate brokerage stores based on a request and a residence of the client who wants to transact a real estate.CONSTITUTION : A user client(10) sells, rents, buys, or leases a real estate. A central intermediation system(30) supplies information of an article for sale or member stores according to local areas to the user client(10). The central intermediation system(30) links the user client(10) with a member store through the Internet or a wire/wireless communication network(20). A local intermediation system(40) manages a member store based on a control of the central intermediation system(30). A member store system(50) joins to the central intermediation system(30), supplies information with respect to an article for sale of a corresponding area, and supplies a real estate intermediation service for the user client(10).?
