PURPOSE : A system for managing a transaction of a real estate is provided to prevent a direct transaction between consumers by enabling a seller and a buyer to register real estate articles for sale directly by on-line and enabling only registered member store to read detailed information with respect to the registered articles.CONSTITUTION : A central managing server(10) includes a CPU, an input/output unit, and a memory unit having various kinds of sale and purchase programs and control programs. The central managing server(10) includes a communication interface, a display unit for discriminating output data information, and a database for storing, searching, modifying, and deleting sale and purchase information. A member store server(20) includes a CPU, a memory unit, an input/output unit, a communication interface, a display unit, and a database for storing, searching, modifying, and deleting inherent authentication code information of a member store and transaction information. A member server(30) includes a CPU, a memory unit having various kinds of control programs for a communication, an input/output unit, a communication interface, a display unit, and a database having authentication information as a seller and a buyer and authentication information as a general member.?
