PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system capable of presenting current situations of lease property to a customer on a terminal of a customer or a finder (a real estate agent for finding a prospect) by using a communication network constituted of the Internet, and providing credit being the criteria of the creditworthiness of the customer to an administrative agent in a short period of time.SOLUTION : A real estate lease property application system for applying for real estate property for lease by using a communication network by a computer comprises a means for displaying the real estate property for lease to a customer including the situations of the property, a means for displaying an application screen having the input column of personal information, a means for displaying a screen having the input column of a personal identification number, a means for transmitting the data of the personal identification number inputted by the customer to a credit providing facility for examination, and a means for transmitting the examination result to an administrative agent.
