PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To deal with flaws properly and promptly by providing a method wherein unused periods are detected for real estates and insurance money is determined in corresponding to the unused periods for the owner not to suffer from disadvantage.SOLUTION : An insurance management side server unit 100 detects unused periods for insurance-covered real estates (step S710), and determined the insurance money to be paid in corresponding to the detected unused periods (step S720). The system thereby assures that no disadvantage be incurred to the owner by insurance benefits.
