PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a device and method in which a real estate agent can set adequate value of the real estates when the real estate agent sells real estates such as condominiums, and which can solve a problem such that an adequate sales price cannot be estimated by a conventional method in which existing properties information is accumulated to make a database, and property data located in the same area having similar conditions is used as a guideline to evaluate a sales price of the real estate because it is difficult to set an adequate sales price due to fluctuation of values of real estates such as condominiums in conjunction with changes in surrounding area.SOLUTION : A retrieving part (0102) retrieves real estate information stored in a real estate information storage part (0101) based on user' s input using an input unit (0103). A calculation part (0104) calculates a real estate price and then outputs through an output unit (0105).
