PURPOSE : A method for a realty contract using the Internet is provided to prevent an illegal activity occurred from both a buyer and a seller by intermediating the realty contract reliably and fairly.CONSTITUTION : A web server receiving a contract intention makes a document custody company receive the price and an ownership transfer document from contractors(S10). If the document custody is approved from the document custody company, a judicial scrivener and the contractors visit the document custody company, request the custody of the ownership transfer document and a contract annulment document, and confirm the reception of the contact money(S15). If the reception of the contract money is confirmed, the judicial scrivener requests the document for applying and canceling the provisional registration, and the reception of the middle expense is confirmed through a financial organization(S20). If the reception of the middle expense is confirmed, the web server prevents the intentional illegal activity from the contractors by requesting the prohibition of the registered seal alteration and the name alteration of the contract to a registry office and a village office(S25).?
