PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To discriminatively display unoccupied and fully occupied real estate on a map display with the both as retrieval objects, and by further narrowing the real estate narrowed on the basis of the map display according to a condition desired by a user.SOLUTION : This system comprises a user terminal 1 and a server 2 which are communicably constructed through a network 3. On the basis of the data transmitted from the user terminal 1, prescribed data are read on the server 2 side and transmitted to the user terminal 1. When the information related to real estate is displayed on the user terminal 1 side, all pieces of real estate information corresponding to map information are displayed in a mode capable of discriminating the unoccupied/fully occupied states, for example, by changing an index or the like. The displayed objects can be further narrowed down under a desired retrieval condition.
