PURPOSE : A method for contracting a real estate using the Internet is provided to intervene from a formal contract preparing stage to a registration of a transfer of ownership after executing a verbal contract of a trade or a lease between the seller and the buyer or between the lessor and the hirer.CONSTITUTION : A web server receives a contract intention from a seller computer or a buyer computer and requests a receipt of a trading price and a document for a transfer of ownership from a document depositing company(S10). A judicial scrivener, the seller, and the buyer visit the document depositing company. The storage of the document for a transfer of ownership and a contract annulment document is requested(S12). A storage of a temporary registration request and an erasure document is requested. A deposit of a medium cost is checked(S18). A prohibition of a registered seal change and a nominal transfer of the seller and the buyer are requested in a government office(S22). The termination day of an agreement is informed to a buyer computer(S24). If the contract is terminated after the termination day is passed(S32), a penalty of the contract is requested to the buyer computer. If a deposit of the remainder of a payment is confirmed, a release of the prohibition of a registered seal change and a nominal transfer is requested in the government office(S34).
