PURPOSE : A method for selling a real estate in a refund escrow according to selling rates is provided to activate a real estate market as a fair transaction by publishing a selling rate of real estate in real time and creating a stable real estate investment environment of a conditional refund contract according to selling amounts.CONSTITUTION : A lot selling information includes details, amount, condition of a selling lot, a depositing account, and a contract stipulation(S210). If a contractor selects a building and deposits a corresponding contract deposit to an escrow contract deposit account, the lot selling site concludes the contract as a conditional refund form(S220). The lot selling site receives concluded lot selling details and depositing information of the contract deposit from a designated bank having the deposit account in real time, and publishes a lot selling rate according to a depositing contract deposit rate compared with total contract deposit of a predetermined total lot selling building(S230). After terminating a predetermined lot selling term in accordance with a lot selling condition, if the final lot selling rate is more than a predetermined reference lot selling rate(S240), the conditional refund contract becomes a valid normal contract(S250).?
