PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate valuation system, real estate valuation method, real estate valuation program and storage medium capable of properly and rapidly performing the valuation of a real estate that is an object of investment.SOLUTION : This real estate valuation system for valuating the real estate that is the object of investment comprises inputting valuation data in a plurality of valuation items for the real estate (S12); weighting the valuation data to calculate the valuation point of the real estate based on the valuation data (S14); calculating the CAP rate of the real estate based on the valuation point (S16); and outputting the CAP rate (S20). The real estate can be properly and rapidly evaluated based on the outputted CAP rate.
