PURPOSE : A wireless network system for supplying real estate articles for sale and market condition information using an LBS(Location Based Service) is provided to combine a current location of a mobile communication terminal user with electronic map information through a location confirming server using the LBS, thereby enabling users to perceive real estate articles for sale near to the current location.CONSTITUTION : A DB server unit(20) consists of a map information database(21) storing information on geographical facilities and real estate articles for sale and market condition information databases(22, 23). When mobile communication users request to retrieve information on real estate articles for sale through terminals, a location confirming server(40) confirms current locations of the users. A GIS server(30) supplies the information on the real estate articles for sale and market conditions to the terminals. A wireless communication repeater(50) controls the GIS server(30) and the location confirming server(40), and controls to supply the information on the articles and the conditions.? KIPO 2004
