PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a means which retrieves a registration database, a map database and a legal regulation information database, shows provisions and precedents of legal regulations about indicated real estate, contrasting them with a map and automatically registers contents such as registration map processing on an example database about an information retrieving device. SOLUTION : This information retrieving device consists of a registration database 2 which registers registration information including attributes of real estates, a legal regulation information database 4 which registers legal regulation information about the real estates, a registration information extracting means 6 which extracts the registration information of a designated real estate by retrieving the database 2, a regulation deciding means 7 which decides attributes of the extracted registration information and retrieves corresponding legal regulation information and a legal regulation information outputting means 8 which outputs the retrieved legal regulation information.
