PURPOSE : A settlement system for an exclusive real estate card is provided to settle an initial payment or a midway payment with a credit card, and to process a settlement price in a minus account loan method using real estate as a security.CONSTITUTION : An applicant(10) applies for the real estate through a real estate application box of an Internet site by seeing a distribution notice offered from a distributor(11). The applicant requests the issuance of the exclusive real estate card after settling the application money by a transfer method or a credit card. A system manager(14) manages a card issuance document, and applies a document for issuing the exclusive real estate card to a credit card company(12). The credit card company examines the document, and issues the exclusive real estate card. The applicant settles the initial and the midway payment with the received exclusive real estate card, and applies a conversion request for the settlement price to a bank(13) through a minus loan card.?
