PURPOSE : A system for applying for real estate is provided to relax an applicant' s burden for managing cash and to enable a financial organization to create a new customer by applying a credit card to a real estate application business.CONSTITUTION : A distributor(10) notifies the distribution to an Internet site(11), and the applicant(12) gets the distribution information from the Internet site. The distributor makes a contract of a credit card member store with a credit card company(17). The applicant requests the issuance of an application credit card to the credit card company, and the credit card company issues it to the applicant. The applicant applies for the real estate through the Internet site and pays the application money with the issued application credit card. A system manager(19) processes and inquires the registration particulars of the application of the distributor, and requests the data process of winners and the approval cancellation of losers to the credit card company.
