According to the invention, automated and standardised object value determination, co-ordination, processing and/or communication can be carried out between tenderers and requesters, especially (contract) co-ordination and/or exchange between tenderers or prospective customers of real estate, property, insurance and financial services. In this way, the free tradability of said processes is ensured and the processing of the resulting tasks is organised in such a way that it is carried out in different cycles adapted to the respective requirements, the processing of partial tasks of the process development being carried out by specialists. Furthermore, the quality standards are maintained. The process development involves allocating roles to the respective processors (traders), and allocating time and processing specifications to each process. The objects are automatically evaluated. A database co-ordination is then carried out for the exchange.
