PURPOSE : A system and a method for a customized service for realty are provided to get the information for a desired realty fast on the offline as well as the online through the registered realty information.CONSTITUTION : A terminal(10) requests the information for the realty. A realty information database(30) registers the categorized information for the realty requested from the user by allotting to each member. A bulletin board database(40) collects and stores the categorized realty information of the realty information database in a database. An analysis processor(50) finds out the realty close to a user' s condition by searching and comparing the realty information in the realty information database with the realty information in the bulletin board database. An information transmission database(60) provides the searched realty information to the user. A server(70) outputs various information screens to the terminal, transmits a detail result of the realty information searched from the analysis processor, and manages the transmitted information and the searching result.?
