The CPU(160) includes an ALU(Arithmetic Logic Unit)(162) for executing a calculation, a register(164) for temporarily storing data and a command, and a controller(166) for controlling an operation of a real estate consulting server. The memory system(150) includes a high-speed main memory(152) such as a RAM and a ROM, an auxiliary memory such as a floppy disk, a hard disk, a tape, a CD-ROM, and a flash memory, and a storing device for storing data using a storage.
