PURPOSE : A method and system for intermediating a loan on real estate security and a loan on non-real estate security using the Internet are provided to execute a loan on security rapidly and at low interest by publicizing lending request contents and security contents of a lending requester using the Internet and enabling loaned money providers to lower the rate of interest competitively.CONSTITUTION : A lending requester(30) prepares and transmits a written application for a loan on security to an intermediation server(20) using the Internet(10), sets a mortgage in a real estate, supplies a deposit money for the lease of a house as a security for lending necessary fund. The intermediation server(20) publicizes documents necessary for a lending using the Internet(10). If a written application for a loan on security is received, the intermediation server(20) adjusts a lending request amount of money through an estimation of a specialist, prepares a lending auction document, publicizes the lending auction document, and enables loaned money providers(40) to lower the rate of interest competitively. The loaned money providers(40) read various kinds of lending auction documents through the Internet(10) and participate an auction procedure of the intermediation server(20) for a lending process.?
