PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a noise value of a real estate property depending on a residence time of a prospective dweller in a search for the real estate property.SOLUTION : When a user terminal inputs property search conditions including residence time zone information about prospective dwellers who will dwell in a property, a real estate property search program and device search properties according to the search conditions, compare noise information about a property fulfilling the search conditions and the residence time zone information about the prospective dwellers to compute a noise value in residence time zones of the prospective dwellers, and output the noise value to the user terminal.
