PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system, method, device and program for taking measures in assets which can make the state of property or balance/gain and loss clear and run a simulation for tax-reduction measures of accession tax or the like.SOLUTION : The system for taking measures in assets which collects information on assets and presents an optimum tax-planning measure based on this information is configured to collect information on assets which a predetermined owner has, evaluate the liquidity or profitability for the respective assets, examine the propriety for payment of the accession tax originating from the respective assets based on the liquidity or profitability of the respective assets, and calculates the gain and loss, balance and estimated amount of the accession tax of the owner when tax-reduction measures including effective utilization of real estate, property settlement, asset sale, asset acquirement, asset exchange, replacement of assets by purchase, asset division, tax payment extension, company formation, real estate loan, insurance utilization, adoption of child and salary distribution are taken for the assets and when the measures are not taken, respectively.
