The Modular System of Dismountable Spaces provides an integral, architectonical, spatial, real estate, building, structural, cost-effective and social solution by means of structural-spatial modulation, to a great number of architectural projects, housing ranging from lower standards of living to automated housing, housing having all functions within 12 m2 that are covered according to the requirements of the customer; spatial housing : commerce, offices, hotels, bedrooms, classrooms, clinics, and so on. At the real estate matter the disclosure offers front foot of vertical houses up to residences. A wide range of dimensions allows to increase or decrease the furnished housing by means of permutes or transference using autonomous-cost-effective real estate and furnishing forms in each housing complex. The invention solves horizontal and vertical dynamic-sculptural edifications generating a novel urban image. The disclosure is 100% prefabricated : foundation, superstructure, installation s, finishes and furnishing, the same reduces construction time, being 100% dismountable, providing recyclable-temporary spaces for catastrophes or campaign activities. The system includes 4 rectangular-shaped spatial, structural modules that are mounted on bearing-walls, including floor and ceiling structures lightened with reinforced concrete shells and regular and lightened concrete, thereby achieving thermal-acoustic insulation, reducing structural sections and frames, and lightening foundation, tonnage-strap, mounting and labour, and saving costs. The prefabrication is carried out by means of in situ non-specialized technology or plant leading-edge technology, thereby facilitating mass production and opening market for export. It has been summarized the analyzing, designing, manufacturing, transporting, mounting and dismounting process of the spatial modules.
