PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for using real estates capable of effectively using vacant rooms of existing real estates and securing advantages of the owners by adopting a flexible renting method such that each space used by a user is charged by time.SOLUTION : In this method for using real estates property, a step for presenting information including the facility, environment and the level of comfortableness of the object real estate which is a space sectioned and formed by taking a space required for works for one user into consideration, a step for receiving the direction regarding the desired object real estate property selected by the user according to the presented information, and a step for enabling the user to use the desired real estate property according to the direction are executed by a computer.
