PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To confirm the positions of real estates for each at the same time on a map and easily narrow down the real estate by appropriately setting the conditions.SOLUTION : Client apparatuses 12 to 14 request viewing for specified real estates to a server apparatus 10, and displays the real estate information on the real estate transmitted from the server apparatus as the results of the viewing request and the map information that includes the locations of the real estates. By setting specified conditions, candidates of real estate information are narrowed down. The server apparatus 10 stores map information and real estate information. If the client apparatus requests viewing for specified real estate information, the server apparatus 10 acquires corresponding real estate information and map information, and then transmits them to the client apparatus that requested viewing.
