PURPOSE : A realty trading agent system for offering a mutually reliable service between trade concerned parties and an arrangement server, and a method thereof are provided to guarantee fairness for a registration agency business by requesting on/offline realty trade arrangement through an escrow account.CONSTITUTION : An arrangement portion processing server(100) allows a seller(12) and a buyer(14) to load/obtain realty information, classifies/bulletins the realty information, and updates changes of the realty information generated while the trade is advanced. A realty arrangement server(200) comprises a member manager(22), an arrangement manager(24), a realty arrangement manager(26), an escrow manager(28), and a title insurance manager(30). An arrangement support database(250) stores information for realty escrow and title insurance generated during a trading process, and court auction, tender auction, or institution Internet public auction of the on/offline realty.
