PURPOSE : A realty trading IC card storing realty trading information, and a method and a system for trading realty using the same are provided to simplify various kinds of documents/procedures needed for trading the realty by trading the realty with the realty trading IC card.CONSTITUTION : An I/O(Input/Output) interface inputs/outputs data by connecting to a terminal. An IC chip is equipped with the realty trading information including basic information, trading price information, payment schedule information, seller information, and buyer information for the realty. An application processor executes an application to exchange the information needed for trading the realty by outputting or inputting the realty trading information stored to the IC chip through the I/O interface.?
