PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate brokerage support system for registering information of a real-estate property.SOLUTION : This system comprises an agent computer 12, a server 14, a customer computer 16, which are connected through a network. The server 14 comprises a real estate brokerage homepage, and a means for storing linked map data, and for storing an address database, and a registered format. The server further comprises means for transmitting map data to an agent based on an instruction from the agent who opens the real-estate brokerage homepage to the agent, receiving coordinate data specified by the agent, retrieving address data corresponding to the coordinate data, and writing the retrieved address data to the address column of the registration format followed by transmitting to the agent. The server further comprises means for storing real estate data received from the agent computer 12 in the real estate brokerage homepage to form the real estate database, and means for receiving coordinate specified on the map data by a customer, and retrieving and transmitting real estate data related to the coordinate data to the customer.
