PURPOSE : A realty arranging system for offering drawings made/registered from sellers or realtors through the network and a method thereof are provided to enable a buyer to easily find out desired realty by correctly understanding information for the realty, as the drawing of the realty is made/modified/registered by the seller or the realtor.CONSTITUTION : A realty information database(11) stores entire information for the realty inputted from a seller terminal(30) or a realtor terminal(40). A drawing template database(13) stores building drawings classified into each building structure information including an area, a form, and a room number/position of a building. A drawing matching program(17) suggests the most similar realty from the drawing template database based on the information inputted from the seller or the realtor. A drawing maker(18) enables the seller or the realtor to modify the suggested drawing or make the new drawing. A controller(16) offers the seller or the realtor with a screen for inputting the information, and the drawing maker in case that the seller or the realtor wants to modify or make the drawing.?
