A target data set describing one or more such listings for at least one such agent compiled by the database module is retrieved from the an inventory repository server; the listings matching the target data set from the structured database are then identified and retrieved by the banner enabled with dynamic messaging technology and displayed within one or more banners residing on one or more publisher web sites.
