PURPOSE : A method for arranging realty transaction using an Internet homepage and a safety account is provided to enhance safety of transaction by transferring transaction price through the safety account of a bank, and offer diverse classified realty information to buyers connected to the Internet homepage.CONSTITUTION : A licensed realtor(20) makes a realty arrangement contract with a seller(40). The licensed realtor makes an information offering contract with an operator(10) of the homepage. The operator makes a business cooperation contract with the bank(30). Realty information of the seller is transferred to the operator through the licensed realtor. The operator offers the realty information to the buyer(50) through the homepage. A realty transaction contract is made between the buyer and the seller by the licensed realtor, and is confirmed to the bank. The bank opens the safety account for the realty transaction. The bank confirms deposit of the safety account, and informs the licensed realtor and the seller of the deposit. Realty is transferred to the buyer through the licensed realtor.? KIPO 2005
