PURPOSE : A business method for lease or consignment management using an Internet homepage and an escrow system is provided to increase trading security by making trading price deposited to an escrow account of a bank after a charged expert makes a realty lease or consignment contract with a realty owner, and enable a lessee to conveniently use the Internet homepage of an operator.CONSTITUTION : The operator(10) makes the business cooperation contract with the bank(30). The contract is made between the operator and the charged expert(20). The realty lease or consignment contract is made between the charged expert and the realty owner(40). Realty information is stored in an Internet homepage database and the lessee(50) receives the available realty information through the Internet homepage. The charged expert makes the lease contract with the lessee and informs the bank of the lease contract. The bank opens the escrow account for the realty trade. If the trading price is deposited to the escrow account, the charged expert transfers occupation of the realty to the lessee.
