CONSTITUTION : A client(10) connects to the Internet, searches a web, and obtains information. A web server(20) is connected to the Internet and supplies information. A business category database(30) classifies inauguration information according to each business category and stores information related to the business category and information of a store which handles the business category. A real estate database(40) stores information with respect to a store necessary for managing the business category. If a connected person selects a business category through the web server(20) and requests information with respect to the business category, a business category introduction module(50) is called and executes a job. An inauguration index calculation module(60) receives the number of persons connected to a business category information page supplied in the business category introduction module(50), the registered number of stores which handles the business category, and the number of member stores in the business category database(30). A recommendation module(70) receives the birth date of a member, searches fortune, selects a business category adapted to the fortune, and recommends the business category to the member.
