PURPOSE : A method and a system for offering a future price estimation service of real estate in the wired/wireless Internet using a real estate price estimation model are provided to offer the future price estimation service of a high probability by using accumulated real estate information and multiple regression technologies, and adjusting an interest rate of a company bond and a real estate trading index in real-time.CONSTITUTION : A real estate information providing server(130) authenticates a member and processes expense settlement by receiving a signal for requesting the future price estimation service from a member terminal(110) to use the wired/wireless Internet(120). The server operates the future price of the selected real estate by using the real estate price estimation model matched with a region including the selected real estate and provides it to the member terminal. A database(140) stores member data, real estate list data of each region, detail data for the registered real estate, and more than one evaluation item for calculating the future price or a real estate investment index, and is linked with the server by being embedded in the server or connected to the server through the wired/wireless Internet.?
