PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for real estate total appraisal and evaluation that apprises and evaluate in comprehensive manner the value of a land, a building, etc., and diagnoses the contamination of the land, while valuing the decision that a qualified expert makes, to rationally and objectively reevaluate properties.SOLUTION : A terminal of a general consumer, a terminal of an investor, and a terminal of a qualified expert are connected together via a network; and appraisal and evaluation are performed, based on the decision that the qualified expert makes and appraisal and evaluation are carried out through stepwise procedures of simple survey based on documents, outline survey of two-dimensional survey, and detailed survey of three-dimensional survey to generate a basic total appraisal and evaluation statement, wherein soil contamination by soil contamination survey is taken into consideration, so that the general consumer and investor can browse the basic total appraisal and evaluation statement.
