PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information retrieval system, capable of displaying information on a property carried in a real estate information magazine and properties similar to the property.SOLUTION : This system has a real estate information database 22 which stores information regarding real estate properties; a specified property-retrieving means 23 of performing retrieval from the real estate information database 22, on the basis of property specification information that a user inputs; a similar property retrieving means 24 of generating a retrieval expression for retrieving similar properties, on the basis of property information obtained by the specified property-retrieving means 23 and retrieving corresponding properties from the real estate information database 22, according to the retrieval expression; and a retrieval result picture generating means 25 of generating a retrieval result screen, on the basis of the property information obtained by the specified property retrieving means 23 and similar property-retrieving means 24 and sending it to the client.
