PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reception system and a reception apparatus which allow a consumer to carry out comparison and checking of properties without limitation of time such shop hours, even the properties for which the consumer needs explanation by experts for comparison and checking purpose.SOLUTION : A real estate information providing system includes : a center terminal 100 installed in a service center; a reception apparatus 200 installed in each shop such as a shop handling real estate; and a communication terminal 300 operated by the owner of the handled real estate. When a customer 600 visits a shop, even when no expert about the property is present in the shop but when an expert (operator 700) about the property resides in the service center, the customer 600 uses a videophone or the like to express his/her own wishes about the property to the operator 700 or to listen to explanation about the property or to obtain information about the property from the operator 700.
