PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the convenience of comparison for the selection of a property by unifying a section and floor plan in the real estate property information of a land and a building to dimensions based on a prescribed reference ratio relative to measured values.SOLUTION : The processing system comprises : an input means for inputting the real estate property information of a land and a building; a conversion means for converting an original section and floor plan (a) in the inputted real estate property information into dimensions standardized by the prescribed reference ratio relative to measured values; a storage means for storing the converted section and floor plan (b); and a provision means for providing the stored converted section and floor plan (b) to the outside through a communication network 5. The plane size information of various sorts of articles such as furniture displayed by the same ratio size as the reference ratio in the converted section and floor plan (b) is also provided so that the articles can be displayed and superposed on the converted section and floor plan (b) and the layout of the articles can be previously grasped and recognized.
