PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a register information acquisition system that automatically connects with a server where register data are stored, acquires the register data, and automatically updates real-estate mortgage evaluation when evaluation of real estate is updated in a real-estate mortgage evaluation system.SOLUTION : The register information acquisition system comprises an evaluated substitute lot extracting means of outputting to a list for re-evaluation real estate evaluated lot data stored by extracting and outputting real estate evaluation lot data meeting a certain standard to a temporary storage area by the processing means of a computer when mortgage evaluation of real estate is updated, a connection means of automatically sending a login ID and a password to connect with a Web server to connect with an Internet registered information providing service, a register acquiring means of automatically transmitting the address of real estate evaluated lot data stored in the list for re-evaluation to the Web server to acquire register data, a data electronizing means of electronizing data from the register data through character recognition and correlating them with the real estate evaluated lot data, and a storage means of storing the real estate evaluated lot data in the database of the real estate mortgage evaluation system.
