PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for performing real estate value evaluation for every building member constituting a building, and rationally performing the evaluation of the building based on it.SOLUTION : Property information is acquired for every building member by providing an ID tag 102 on each building member constituting the building. The acquired property information is stored in an ID tag information DB 108. Detail information which is acquired when purchasing every building member is accepted by a member information acceptance part 116 and stored in a detail information DB 110. The real estate value evaluation is performed, based on the information stored in these storage parts.
