PURPOSE : A method and a system for searching real estate considering a traffic means of a customer are provided to suggest the real estate satisfying a search condition within a distance or a traffic time inputted from the customer through one search by constructing a database storing transaction type information, real estate information, and traffic information, and searching the search condition including the transaction type/real estate/traffic information inputted from the customer in the database.CONSTITUTION : A search database(200) databases the transaction type information of the real estate, location/geographical information of the real estate and surroundings, and the traffic information including traffic network, traffic means, use time, waiting time, and change time. A user input part(210) receives a real estate search condition including a search center, the distance from the search center, the traffic means, the traffic time, and the real estate information from the customer.
