PURPOSE : A method for safely/reliably performing real estate transaction through escrow and title insurance on a computer network is provided to perfectly protect users related to the real estate transaction by applying a title insurance system and an escrow system to the real estate transaction.CONSTITUTION : A seller or a buyer requests the escrow and the title insurance by transmitting contract date/contents, and personal information of the buyer/seller to an escrow company server through a computer terminal(S100). The escrow company server determines the escrow and the title insurance by analyzing right of the transacted real estate through a right analysis database(S400). The escrow company informs a buyer terminal of approval, and the buyer deposits a title insurance premium and earnest money for the real estate transaction to an account of the escrow company(S500). The escrow company server informs a seller terminal of reception and holds the transacted real estate in trust with the escrow company by receiving the trust for the transacted real estate from the seller(S600).?
