PURPOSE : A method and a system for inquiring a transcript of a register with a mobile phone during movement are provided to enable a user to inquire the transcript of real estate in real-time by using the mobile phone.CONSTITUTION : The mobile phone(210) requests inquiry of the transcript through the wireless Internet via the mobile network(220) and the Internet network(120), and receives and displays transcript data. A transcript inquiry server(250) requests and obtains the transcript data from a registry web server(114), transforms the transcript data into wireless data, and transmits it to the mobile phone through the mobile network. A transcript inquiry database(260) stores transcript inquiry request of the mobile phone, stores the transcript data received from the registry web server, and stores information for subscribers registered to a transcript inquiry service.?
