PURPOSE : A system and a method for supporting decision for examining/managing business estates with a GIS(Geographical Information System) is provided to perform business such as development study, examination, and management of the business estates through online geographical information, and construct and efficiently use data needed for selecting/examining the business estate.CONSTITUTION : A web server is connected to a client through the public network. A GIS server provides the needed geographical information by connecting to the web server. A business estate analysis database server provides business estate location information by connecting to the web server and the GIS server. To predict the standard of the development of an area in the future comparing with circumstances, the business estate analysis database server includes a building information database of the specified area, a current real estate price database, a related law database, and a distribution information database of the buildings.?
