PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate dealing mediation processing system enabling to conduct maintenance work and finishing carpentry work at an initiative of a seller without a burden on the seller.SOLUTION : The system includes a sale information receiving and processing means M1, a title confirmation processing means M2 for confirming a title, an assessment processing means M3 for assessing a selling property including a work requesting item, a selling property processing means M4 for outputting a work start instruction signal in response to an instruction signal of conclusion of a transfer contract and provisional registration of the selling property between the seller and a broker on the basis of correspondence of an assessment result and the sale information, and further a property delivery completion signal, a time management means MT for starting timing on the basis of completion of the conclusion of the transfer contract and property delivery, and outputting an instruction signal of discharge of the transfer contract after a predetermined period, cancellation of registration, and transfer of the selling property after the work finishes, and a resale property processing means M5 for outputting a stop signal of the time management means by a contract fulfillment confirmation input signal of a resale contract, and an instruction signal of the cancellation of the provisional registration and transfer registration to a buyer.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
