PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a property management ledger having a land/building list which is based on the information obtained from a certified copy of a register, a land/house collective ledger, a location map and a minimal administrative section/17-article map and makes it possible to grasp the situation of a property on sight.SOLUTION : This property management ledger (1) has the land/building list (4) provided with spaces for a classification, an address, a lot number, a land category classification, acreage, a plan number and other information which are based on the land/house collective ledger (5) wherein a real estate tax standard amount is entered, the certified copy (6) of the register, a wide area map (7) wherefrom the location and the place of the owner' s estate are known, a detailed map (8) showing the shape of the estate and the information obtained from the land/house collective ledger, the certified copy of the register, the wide area map and the detailed map.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
