PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for processing registered real estate equities to implement a quick registration processing system.SOLUTION : The method for processing registered real estate equities of this invention uses a real estate equity database file having section-A information relating to ownership rights and section-B information relating to mortgage consideration that are combined with data contents of registered items by storing data on co-owners (including an owner) or right holders, data on the acceptance date and acceptance number, data on the kind of rights, data on a change in equities, data on ordinal ranks, data on the acceptance date and acceptance number of an owner at the time of registration of a designated mortgage, and data on operation instruction codes for data on the registered contents of data under processing, in the order of ascending acceptance dates and acceptance numbers for each of the registered items.
